WHAT: Farm Bill Listening Session

Our discussion will include:
- A federal policy update from IFU President Jana Linderman on Farm Bill spending, the organic checkoff & checkoff reform, food labeling, trade, the RFS, and industry consolidation & market competition
- An interactive Farm Bill listening session to gather your input & ideas on the current Farm Bill & what you want to see included in the next Farm Bill
- We have invited candidates for the U.S. Senate and 1st & 2nd Congressional Districts to answer your questions on farm & food policy
We will have pies from Kathy’s Pies in Cedar Rapids, coffee & other refreshments to help fuel a lively discussion!
