Iowa Farmers Union is hiring a Policy Coordinator to join our staff team in Nevada, Iowa. 

This is a full-time, salaried position with flexible telework available.

The Policy Coordinator will support our mission by building relationships with farmers and stakeholders, supporting our policy work and advocacy efforts, and representing IFU at the Capitol and across the state.

We’re looking for someone passionate about agriculture and rural communities, experienced in community organizing, with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel across Iowa.

The position offers a $44,000 annual salary, a $200/month health care stipend, 4 weeks of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, and a generous telework environment.
